Refund policy

We are so sure that you will love your pieces, but if you don't you can of course return them for a refund.

Returning your Order

If you wish to return your pieces we offer hassle-free returns, which you can now initiate through your account!

You can initiate a return for your pieces for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as items

• Are unworn with the tags still attached
• Have been tried on over underwear
• Have not been washed
• Have no other evidence of use, damage or poor care since their delivery

To initiate a return, just log into your account and request a return.

A returns label will be provided to you and a refund cost of £2.95 will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Alternatively, you are welcome to return your order whichever way is easiest for you, but please keep in mind that this will be your responsibility.

If you are returning items, you can also make use of our reusable compostable mailers to return them in!

Please note: 

NUSA SWIM is not responsible for any customs, import duties or international taxes levied. The customer is responsible for paying any such charges in full. Please therefore ensure that you are aware of what charges will be incurred before returning your order. If you do not pay any such charges incurred, you will not be able to receive a refund for your order.

If you do not have a NUSA SWIM account, contact support@nusaswim.com with your order number and reason for return and we will provide you with the next steps. Likewise, if you require an exchange the same process applies with a 14 day deadline.
